It takes takes a level of sell awareness and priority to invest in our own wellness, I welcome you here and I am grateful to be a part of this journey.  All sessions can include upon request hot or cold face masks and aromatherapy.  Otherwise, bottled water and restorative amenities are always available with each visit.

*Bodywork sessions are 50m or 80m.  Bodywork sessions incorporate my courses in Cranio Sacral, Neuromuscular, Sports, TFH balancing (see below), etc., and techniques learned by hours spent with clients on the table.  Therefore, my service list is simple.

*TFH (Touch for Health) uses Applied Kinesiology (muscle testing) and the energetic meridian based on Chinese Medicine to bring balance to our over and under energized systems such as muscle, organ, emotional, etc.  By unwinding kinks in those systems, learning what triggers the imbalance, and using tools for self care, our systems are given what they need to function more optimally.  Since our bodies are like onions taking on and covering up stresses, any layer that can be peeled is a win and not all layers may require peeling at one time.  Using tools such as Metaphors, 5 Elements, Goal Setting, Time of Day sequences, etc. we can explore as deeply as you want as triggers may present as pain, sour taste, frustration, and bring balance such as joy, lightness, brightness, etc..  Often the pendulum starts to shift the opposite direction, our prior experience to old triggers/stressors will change, and that is worth celebrating.  This is truly a unique path for you to explore and enjoy this one-of-a-kind journey. 

If you are interested in small steps and exploring what TFH looks/feels like, a 30m 14 Muscle balance is a great place to start.  Jump in for a full 90m session and receive more tools to work through a traumatic event, how to improve an outlook, increasing range of motion or set a goal for yourself.  If uncertain or want to pad your session with enough time for exploration, perhaps a 120m session is the right call.
