There are so many modalities, so many tactitions, and great practices, that we all have a wealth of self care available to us.  My sessions are not boxed doing one modality in your session, I love to mix what I know to the feedback given by clients.

I grew up in Northern California.  Spent my young adulthood in Orange County having my eyes opened to what is important to people here.  My exploration into bodywork greatly expanded here in the OC where I met a great group of humans that supported me in that journey.  I met my husband and was whisked off to OR where I had my first desk jobs, took on some artistic endeavors, became a TFH instructor, and got my hands dirty in nature.  Now, we are back in the OC and that client support group that I enjoyed before has welcomed me back with open arms.  I am excited to take up my passion of bodywork again, meet great new humans, and continue on this adventure of discovery.
